Brex: Multi-Brand Management
project overview
I joined an in-house marketing team that initially focused on a single hospitality brand. As the company expanded into a franchise holding structure, the marketing department evolved alongside it, transitioning into a multi-brand environment managing communication across 11 different brands. Working across campaigns, social media, and multi-platform advertising, I helped build and maintain visual systems that could adapt to different brand identities, audiences, and communication styles while operating within a shared marketing structure. The role was highly collaborative, involving close work with designers, copywriters, audiovisual producers, and community managers in a fast-paced environment. I also contributed to onboarding and supporting junior designers and interns as part of a shared creative culture. In addition to design work, I was responsible for photography production across multiple brands, including restaurant spaces, food photography, and live events, helping create a more cohesive visual identity across digital and advertising touchpoints. This experience gave me a strong foundation in multi-brand systems, franchise-based marketing, and large-scale content production across different platforms and formats.
